Ships from Auckland via NZPost. Free returns. No hassle.
Delivery
Orders placed on working days are dispatched within 24 hours. Shipped via NZPost tracked courier — targeting next working day to main centres. Rural and remote areas may take an extra day.
Returns
Free returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging intact. Opened or used products can't be accepted.

All orders ship with NZPost tracked courier. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
How to return
- Email hello@stjarnagloss.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at any NZPost outlet.
- Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or we've sent the wrong product, email us straight away at hello@stjarnagloss.co.nz with a photo. We'll sort it — replacement or full refund, no questions.
